Job Description As a Sales Junior Technician, your role involves supporting the sales team by providing technical assistance, conducting product demonstrations, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring successful deployment of battery solutions. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a technical background and an interest in sales. Assist the sales team with technical product presentations and demonstrations Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting to customers pre- and post-sales Help configure and test battery systems based on client Requirements Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, and product installations Conduct site visits to assist in installations or product trials as required Stay updated with product specifications, new releases, and industry trends Support the preparation of technical documentation, proposals, and quotations Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing minor technical concerns or escalating when necessary Collaborate with the technical and R&D teams to communicate field feedback Qualifications Required Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field 0-2 years of experience in a technical sales support role; freshers can apply Basic understanding of battery technologies such as Lithium-ion, LiFePO4, etc., is a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel for site visits, installations, and demos Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical tools Solid problem-solving and customer-handling skills The company offers a full-time permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from 25,000.00 to 30,000.00 INR. Additional benefits include internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The preferred work location is in person.
