Job Description As a Merchandising Manager for lab grown diamond jewellery, your role involves developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies to boost sales and align with the brand. You will be responsible for ensuring attractive product displays, monitoring stock levels, analyzing sales trends, and collaborating with the sales team to understand customer feedback and preferences. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies for lab grown diamond jewellery. Ensure attractive product displays that align with the brand and boost sales. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment. Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to make informed merchandising decisions. Work closely with the sales team to understand fast-moving products and customer feedback. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lab grown diamonds and industry trends. Prepare regular reports on merchandising performance and suggest improvements. Qualifications Required Bachelors degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or related field (preferred). 5+ years experience in retail merchandising, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods. Strong understanding of lab grown diamonds and current jewellery trends. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail with a creative eye for display and presentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
