In short: We give you access to job listings and tools. We cannot promise you a job, and we cannot check every detail of every listing. Most importantly: a real employer will never ask you for money.

Information published on jobeasyindia.com is provided for general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, career or employment advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for professional guidance.

2. No Guarantee of Employment

Registering on the platform, completing a profile, applying for jobs or purchasing a subscription does not guarantee a job, an interview, a response from any employer, or any particular salary. JobEasyIndia provides access to job listings and platform tools. Every hiring decision is made solely by the employer.

3. Job Listings Published by Third Parties

Listings on the platform are posted by employers or collected from public sources. We apply automated and manual checks to reduce fraudulent, duplicate and expired listings, but we cannot verify every detail of every listing. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of any listing, and we are not a party to any dealings between a job seeker and an employer.

4. Protect Yourself From Recruitment Fraud

A genuine employer will never ask you for money. Never pay a registration fee, security deposit, training charge or any similar amount to obtain a job. Do not share bank passwords, card details, OTPs or original documents with an employer. If any employer contacted through this platform asks you for money, stop and report it to support@jobeasyindia.com immediately. We investigate every report and remove offending employers from the platform.

5. AI-Assisted Features

The platform offers AI-assisted features such as job match scoring, profile suggestions and career guidance. These are generated automatically, are informational only, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not constitute professional career advice and should not be the only basis for a career decision. A match score reflects a comparison of stored information and is not an assessment of your ability or of your prospects with any employer.

6. User-Provided Content

Profiles, resumes, documents and job listings are supplied by users. Each user is responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership of what they upload. We do not independently verify qualifications, experience or documents supplied by any user.

7. External Links and Third-Party Services

The platform links to external websites, including employer career pages and external application links. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. We also depend on third-party payment, hosting and messaging providers, and are not responsible for interruptions caused solely by them.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, technical faults or events beyond our control may interrupt access.

9. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evision Technolab Private Limited accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform, from dealings with any employer or job seeker, or from decisions taken on the basis of AI-generated suggestions. This does not affect any right you have under our Terms & Conditions or under applicable law.
