These Terms govern your use of JobEasyIndia, including the website, the job seeker and employer portals, subscription plans and every related service. Please read them before using the platform or purchasing a subscription.

JobEasyIndia is an online job portal operated by Evision Technolab Private Limited at jobeasyindia.com. The platform allows job seekers to search and apply for jobs, and allows employers to post jobs and review candidates. Some features are available free of charge and some require a paid subscription.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You may not impersonate any other person, company or organisation.
- We may require verification steps such as OTP, email confirmation or document checks.
- One person may hold one job seeker account. Duplicate or automated accounts may be removed.
3. Job Seeker Responsibilities
- Provide truthful information in your profile, resume and applications.
- Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use.
- Do not misuse employer contact details obtained through the platform.
4. Employer Responsibilities
- Post only genuine vacancies for your own organisation or an organisation you are authorised to represent.
- Provide accurate company information and verification documents when asked.
- Never ask a candidate for money. Requesting any payment, deposit, registration fee or security amount from a candidate is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the platform.
- Use candidate information only for genuine recruitment purposes.
- Comply with applicable labour and equal-opportunity laws.
5. Job Listings
Listings may be posted by employers or collected from public sources. We apply automated and manual checks to reduce fraudulent and duplicate listings, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or outcome of any listing. You should independently verify an employer before sharing personal documents or attending an interview.
6. Subscription Plans and Payment
- Current plans and prices are shown on our Pricing & Plans page, in Indian Rupees.
- Payment is collected through an authorised third-party payment gateway.
- Paid features become available once payment is confirmed.
- A subscription runs for the period stated at the time of purchase.
- Prices may change, but a change never affects a billing period already paid for.
- Taxes are charged where applicable and shown on your invoice.
7. Automatic Renewal
Where you choose a recurring plan, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You may cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access continues until that period ends. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Delivery of Services
All services are digital and are delivered through your account on the platform. No physical goods are sold or shipped. See our Digital Delivery Policy.
9. Prohibited Use
- Fraudulent listings, fake profiles or misrepresentation.
- Requesting money from candidates.
- Abuse of payment systems, refunds or chargeback channels.
- Unauthorised access attempts, scraping, bulk automated extraction or malware.
- Uploading unlawful, infringing, discriminatory or offensive material.
- Harassment of any user of the platform.
10. Intellectual Property
The platform itself - its design, software and our own content - belongs to Evision Technolab Private Limited.
Anything you upload stays yours. You simply give us permission to store and display it so the service can work. For example, we need permission to show your resume to an employer you apply to.
11. AI Features
The platform provides AI-assisted features such as job match scoring, profile suggestions and career guidance. These are informational aids. They do not guarantee a job, an interview or any particular outcome, and every hiring decision rests with the employer.
12. No Guarantee of Employment
13. Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party payment gateways, hosting, email and messaging providers. We are not responsible for downtime, delay or policy changes caused solely by those services.
14. Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for providing the service described here. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a job opportunity you did not get, profits you expected to earn, or someone accessing your account because your password was shared.
Where the law does not allow us to exclude responsibility, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close an account if we have good reason to believe there has been fraud, a breach of these Terms, a security risk, unlawful use, abusive behaviour, or repeated non-payment.
If a paid account is closed because of such a breach, the remaining period is not refunded.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the Laws of India. Courts at Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
