In short: We collect only what we need to run your account and show you the right jobs. We never sell your data. We never store your full card number. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to our privacy email.

1. Introduction

JobEasyIndia is a job portal operated by Evision Technolab Private Limited at jobeasyindia.com. This policy covers the whole website: the job seeker portal, the employer portal, our emails and messages, and every service we provide. When you create an account, you agree to what is written here.

2. Information We Collect

Name, email address and mobile number.
Account role (job seeker or employer) and verification status.
Login credentials, stored only in an encrypted form.

2.2 Job seeker profile information

Education, work experience, skills, certifications and training records.
Resumes and documents you upload.
Profile photograph, date of birth, gender and address, where you provide them.
Job preferences such as desired role, preferred cities, expected salary and notice period.

2.3 Employer information

Company name, address, website and contact details.
Company verification documents.
Job postings and candidate shortlisting activity.

2.4 Payment and billing information

Subscription plan, invoice records and billing history.
Payment references issued by our payment gateway partner.
Billing name and address where required for a tax invoice.

2.5 Technical and usage information

IP address, browser and device information.
Login timestamps, OTP verification attempts and security logs.
Cookies, session data and activity records within the platform.

3. Why We Collect This Information

To create and operate your account.
To show relevant jobs to job seekers and relevant candidates to employers.
To process job applications, saved jobs and employer responses.
To verify identity, contact details and employer authenticity.
To process subscriptions, payments, invoices and refunds.
To operate our AI features, such as match scoring and career guidance.
To keep the platform secure, detect fraudulent listings and maintain audit records.
To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

4. How We Communicate With You

We use email, SMS, WhatsApp and in-platform notifications for account verification, job alerts, application updates, payment and invoice notices, and support responses. Service and transactional messages relating to an active account or payment cannot be switched off, because they are required to operate your account. Promotional messages, where sent, can be unsubscribed from at any time.

5. Payment Processing

Payments made on jobeasyindia.com are processed by an authorised third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password or any complete payment credential on our servers. Those details are entered on the payment gateway's own secure page. We retain only the transaction reference, the amount, the payment status and the invoice, which we need for accounting, support and refunds.

6. Who We Share Information With

We share information only where it is operationally or legally necessary:

Employers. When you apply for a job, the employer who posted it receives your application and the profile information relevant to it. Contact details are released to an employer only in line with our candidate contact privacy rules.
Payment gateway and banking partners, to process payments, refunds and settlements.
Infrastructure providers for hosting, email, SMS and messaging delivery.
Authorised internal staff, under access controls and audit logging.
Legal, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities, where we are lawfully required to do so.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is open. After you close it, we keep only what we must: invoices and payment records, because tax law requires it, and anything needed to settle a dispute. Everything else is deleted.

8. Security

We protect your information in several ways. Everything you send travels over an encrypted connection. Passwords are stored scrambled, so even we cannot read them. Access is restricted, and sensitive actions are logged.

No website can promise to be completely secure. Please keep your own password private and do not share it with anyone.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law and to identity verification, you may:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
Request deletion of your account and associated profile data.
Withdraw consent for non-essential communications.
Ask how your information has been used or shared.

10. Cookies and Logs

We use cookies and server logs to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure platform performance and detect suspicious activity. You can restrict cookies in your browser, but parts of the platform, including login, will not function without them.

11. Children

The platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we hold such information, we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the platform or the law changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified to registered users.
