The Associate Survey Programmer will be responsible for writing and testing survey scripts, programming questionnaires, processing survey data, and collaborating with the research team. Daily tasks include scripting surveys, debugging, verifying accuracy, and ensuring the seamless execution of surveys. Key Responsibilities Develop and program surveys using JavaScript /Python. Implement complex survey logic, branching, piping, and randomization. Ensure proper integration of multimedia elements, including images, videos, and audio. Communicate effectively with team members regarding project timelines and technical issues. Provide feedback and suggest improvements in survey design and user experience. Perform logic checks, data validation, and testing. Required Skills: Technical Skills Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, CSS, HTML, JQuery, and other relevant programming languages Analytical Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to identify inconsistencies and logical errors Soft Skills Good communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Problem-solving mindset Team collaboration Ability to catch small details and ensure high-quality deliverables.
